Docencia
La docencia que realizo para pre-grado incluye asignaturas en el área de la Química Ambiental, Bioquímica, Virología  y Bioinformática a las carreras de Licenciatura en Ciencias mención Química, Ingeniería Ambiental  y Biología Marina.

En postgrado realizo docencia en el Doctorado interdisciplinario en Ciencias Ambientales, en el curso troncal: Ciencias Ambientales desde la Perspectiva Interdisciplinar y electivo: Biogeoquímica Ambiental y contribución de los Microorganismos.

Líneas de Investigación

En el marco del proyecto Fondecyt 1211977, realizo investigación en ecología microbiana, con énfasis en ecología viral.
